Florida Surface Protection collects only what you choose to send us so we can respond to an assessment request, a TiCleanZ question, or a Founding Homes conversation.
If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email, phone number if you provide one, property type, what you want to start with, and the note you write about your surfaces.
We use that information to contact you about the request you submitted. We do not sell it. We do not share it with advertisers. We may share it with a founder or installer on our team only to fulfill your request.
If you later send photos of surfaces or products, we use them only to evaluate those surfaces or to prepare a recommendation. We do not publish your name or street address without your permission. Founding Homes photos focus on treated surfaces, not personal details of the property.
Contact details stay in our records while we are working with you or as needed for ordinary business and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete a request by emailing or calling us.
